With Ramadan just many weeks Muslims who concerned about Ramadan and Health wonder how and when continue fitness program during the month of Ramadan.Therefore, in addition to the normal physical sacrifice of fasting, this year, most people worry about in the heat of summer fasting and still have energy for your daily task.

If you lose weight are to your goals, become stronger or just to be physically on hold this month, the strongest improvements. Make easy to keep your goal where you are.
