Boneless Chicken Achar Handi


Ingredients:

CHICKEN boneless 250 gms
Onion 100 gms
Tomato 50 gms
Green pepper 4
Green coriander for garnishing
Garlic 6 cloves
Ginger paste
Salt to taste
Red pepper 2 tsp
Coriander pwd 1 tsp
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Kalonji seeds 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2
Oil 1/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Methi dana 1/4 tsp
Sauwnf 1/2 tsp

Method:
CUT chicken bone less in cubes put all ingredients in pan cook it for 10 min. with lid, after 10 minutes when chicken tender add oil nd fry this serve in handi with garnation of coriander and green chillies . tasty boneless achar handi is ready .
Serve with rice and naan
