Be quick to break the fast at maghrib. Ideas: If you know you will be driving home from work at that time or other similar activity, carry dates or other fruit, or other foods, in a ziplock bag so that when the time comes, you can break your fast, do your salah, and then eat more later.
A woman should not fast during menstration and should make up the missed days by fasting later throughout the year, first seeking her husband's permission before beginning her fast. Remember... Allah, subhana watala, sees everything we do! ... May Allah(swt) give us ability to fast.. AMEEN..
