samay samay kii Khalish mein teraa malaal rahay
judaaiiyon mein bhii yun aalam-e-visaal rahay

anaa kii jang mein ham jiit to gaye lekin
phir us ke baad bahut der tak nidhaal rahay

raah-e junun mein yahii zaad-e-raah hotaa hai
k justaju bari divaanagii bahaal rahay

hasiin raaten bhii mahaken tumhaarii yaadon se
kare dinon mein bhii pal pal teraa Khayaal rahay

tuu ek baar zaraa kishtiyan jalaa tow sahii
hay kyaa majaal ke ek lamhaa bhii zavaal rahay
