Abhi maine update perhi unki. Ap apne friend ko samjhaien ke heart attack ke baad bahut aiteyat ki zaroorat hoti hai. pehle jaise khana pina nahi kersakteen hain woh. Itni ateyat ke gaain ka gosth toh bilkul bhi nahe khaien. aur kisi bhi cheez mei gosht daalne se pehle, gosht ko ubal dien. issey yeh hota hai ke saray fats aur germs khatum ho jatay hain. daily blood pressure ko monitor karien aur blood glucose ko bhi. Walking bhi bahut lazmi hoti hai. Jab thak woh apni body ko active rakhiengi, heart wapis apni routine aur strength mei aye ga. Waise agar koi aur baad ho toh mujhe message kariega. Mai med student hon aur mera study interest cardiac care mei hi hai.
