isn't it so?

it is 2
a+3-1*3+2-4+0*1=0

1 * 3 is 3 and 0 * 1 is 0
so it becomes
a + 3 - 3 + 2 - 4 + 0 = 0
a + 0 + 2 - 4 + 0 = 0
a+(-2)=0
2 - 2 = 0

therefore a is 2 !!!
