I hurt for all the pain I've felt
For the times that my heart melt
I hurt for all the hell I've gone
through
I hurt for me and you
I hurt when times are bad
When my heart is feeling sad
I hurt when nothing is going right
Then I hurt when I look back and
try to hold on with all my might.

I hurt when my world isn't going
my way
When I'm feeling too proud, when
my thoughts stray...
Into negative thinking, feeling
sorry for myself not like I should
I hurt for the pain is raw,isn't good
I hurt for all things that make me feel
the pain,
for if I had to do it again
I wouldn't hurt so bad the way that I do,
but take it in stride, moving towards
something brand new.

I hurt when I think of all that we shared,
of all the times that we cared
I hurt for the memories that blind my vision,
for they are real
I hurt, because then I know I'm alive, I know
that I feel
I hurt when I think of all that we went through
in the past
Then I know that I can't be consumed by it, for
time goes by too fast
Most of all I hurt for the shattered dreams that
are lost
For we already have payed our price, a life,
at all cost.
