Chan AUR Soraj !

Ek basti thi DIL walo'n ki

jaha'n chand oor suraj rehte they

kuch suraj chand ka pagal tha

kuch chand bhi shok chanchal tha

basti basti phirte they

pyaar ki batai'n karte they

phir ek din dono'n ruth gaye

oor saray sapne toth gaye

ab chand bhi us waqt aata hay

suraj jab soo jata hay

badil shub se kehte hay

suraj uljha sa rehta hay

chand k paas sitare hay

phar suraj tanha rehta hay. . .
