Height/Length

A class of GENERALS was tasked to measure the height of the college flag pole. They spent half the day trying to do it by ladders and tapes. Along came the "canteen wala" and the instructor asked him to measure the height of the pole. He pulled the pole out, laid it on the ground, measured and handed over the answer. Ah! said the generals "Bloody smart civilian" does not the difference between "height" and "Length"
