Tere naam ki thi jo roshni
 
Tere naam ki thi jo roshni
Usay khud hi tu ne bujha diya
Na jala saki jise dhoop b
Usay chandni ne jala diya
Main hoon grdishon mein ghira howa
Muje aap apni khabar nahi
Wo jo shakhs tha mera rahnuma
Usay raaston me ganwa diya
Jo teri nazar me ajeeb tha
Wohi shakhs tera habib tha
Tere hath ki wo lakeer tha
Usy hath se hi mita diya
Mujhe ishq hai k janun hai
Abi fesla nahi hosaka
Mera naam zenat-e-dasht tha
Mujhe aandhiyon ne mita diya..
