so close to my life and yet so far away
how did it happen can some one explain
there was a moment when you were so near
when loosing you was never my fear
why did it all suddenly change
how did it happen can some one explain
with every beat of your heart you remembered me
was that really you or your true self did i not see
with every beat of my heart i said your name
why did you leave and give me so much pain
thers only one question i ask but you dont say
why did you decide to choose your seprate way?
i begged you to tell me but you did not explain
and then you tell me to say nothing and never complain
i ask you one time answer for me this final question
are you going to be mine or is this it, are we done?
im not saying my life will be beautifull without you
i wont be happy and you know that too
but i cant live like this with so many doubts in my heart
i need to live without you and make a fresh start
there will never be a time when i will forget you
but you are never gna be mine and that is also true
so if you ever loved me and if i ever ment anything to you
then break my heart finally and leave me to join the pieces with glue.
