Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Chedder cheese Or cheese of ur choice
1/2 cup Mozzarella (this is optional)
1 Medium Jalapeno chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
about 1/4 cup milk

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix every thing together except milk. Gradually add milk and mix well.
Drop by large spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet.
bake for about 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown
serve warm
