Computer Freeze while watching flash video.

For few days my computer get stuck while watching flash videos . Cpu boost to 100% and mouse stuck and Local network icons glows continuously like me downloading something.

My first thought that it was due to heat up of the ram or processor . So i opened the computer and clean my computer with the blower .
Than i tried again and again having the same trouble . So i install Registry error Fix software and fix all my registry errors .
But still it didn't help although it detect lots of error from registry . so i keep on experimenting things until i found the solution for it that " If you have graphic card install and you upgraded your graphics driver " I did upgrade my graphic card driver and that was causing the stuck problem watching flash video . So i install the older graphic card version and everything working fine now .

Remember if you are XP user cpu usage keep changing like 10% to 1% then again %15. its normal as xp running many things behind .

hope so and they all are blaming to latest adobe flash player which isn't its fault lol .
