U.N.O Conducted a Survey

U.N.O conducted a survey. The question was :
Give your honest opinion about "food shortage in rest of the world?"

The survey was badly failed because:

In Africa people did not know what Food is.
Chinese didn't know what Opininion is.
Europeans didn't know that Shortage is.
Pakistanis and Indians didn't know what Honesty is.
Israelis didn't know what United Nations is.
And
American didn't know what the hell Rest of the World is
