Zinger Wraps,
http://i50.tinypic.com/9a9xm0.jpg http://i46.tinypic.com/2ir3z8h.jpg Ingredients of Zinger Wrap: Zinger-Wrap-Recipe 1 pound Boneless Chicken breast, cut into strips 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1 cup cornflakes 1/2 cup plain flour 2 Egg whites 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Lemon juice 4 leftover Chapatis 1 tsp red chili, crushed 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper salt to taste oil for frying salad leaves as required How to make Zinger Wrap: Rinse chicken properly and pat dry. Take a large bowl,place chicken in it. Sprinkle red chili, black pepper and salt over it. Add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and marinate chicken for 1 hour. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add plain flour into the chicken; mix well. Dip each chicken piece in egg white. Now coat chicken into the Cornflakes. Set aside. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Place coated chicken into the pan and fry for 10 minutes or until crispy and golden. Wrap each chicken piece in a chapati. Add tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and salad leaves in it. Then roll into a wrap form. |
