A 5 year old girl went to a pharmacy & asked, 'This is the only money I have, can I buy Miracles?

The pharmacist! puzzled and confused asked, 'Why do you need Miracles for?'

The girl replied, 'Because the doctor said only Miracles can save my mom.'
