450 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White)
1.25 tsp Billington's Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Salt
75 grams Dark Chocolate Chips (Silver Spoon Create)
55 grams Roughly Chopped Walnuts
1 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet
1 Happy Eggs Beaten
3 tbsp Melted Butter
200 ml JUST MILK
Put the flour, sugar, salt, chocolate chips, walnuts and yeast into a bowl. Mix to a soft dough with the egg, butter and milk. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin. Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7 Add your chosen topping/glaze if using and place in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
