First of all, Thanks a lot Nazuk Ladki for liking the sharing. and yes I do agree with you that sometimes its not that easy to put the glass down but atleast we can alwayz strive for it. Havign a fighting spirit against these challenges is not bad at all but let these challenges and problems rule ur life and behaviour patterns is clearly wrong and in order to avoid that, yes at some point, we need to "put the glass down".
