Ur wc and yea it juz really annoys me when i see such cases like people upseting there selves instead of solving the problem cuz if we create issues and problems we must have the solution for it then why stress are selves why mess are daily routines and it really affects the families etc

U r absolutly right! Furthermore, taking extra stress does not solve the problem in any way rather it makes ur mind even more stressful and it turns u in a more agressive and sometimes depressed mood and then eventually for sure, u try to reciprocate the same depressiveness and agression towards other and things get even worse, So its better to have a calm attitude and think in a relax way and that is only possible when you "Put the Glass Down".
