La ilaha illa Allah, wahdahu la shareeka lahu, lahu almulku wa lahul hamdu wahuwa ala kulli shai’in kadeer.
Al hamdu li Allah, wa subhana Allah wala ilaha illa Allah, wa Allahu Akbar wa lahawla wa la quata illa billah,
then he said: O’ Allah forgive me or he supplicates, Allah will answer his Duah.

Performing wudhu before going to bed would be a certain plus.
You will probably need few weeks before you can program yourself to say this the moment you wake up.
