36) That is how you should abide by program, constitution and law of Allah and accept none as sovereign in this universe other than Him and benefit under this guidance your administrations and communities as well as the individuals such as local residents and the refugees from near about places as well as the refugees from remote places and the ideological supporters of yours in remote places as well as the people on journey of knowledge or livelihood and all those under your care or jurisdiction. Surely Allah supports not the arrogant and the boastful opponents of rule based upon His guidance,

37) who due to adopting personal gains based way of life at the expense of community life are themselves niggardly hoarders and effectively force others to behave likewise that is how they hide the abundance of wealth which Allah has let them have for others who need it. For such opponents of Our guidance We have setup systems and laws of consequences for their actions whereby they end up in disgraceful painful suffering if they end not their such behaviour.

This verse is very important to understand because it is about clash between two ways of life. The way of life advised by Allah and the way of life adopted and forced upon others by rulers, mullahs, money lenders and their touts. The Quran in this verse uses a clause YA MUROONANAASA BIL BUKHLI WA YAKTUMOONA MAA AATAAHUMULLAH MIN FADLIHEE. It means they withhold things themselves from others and tell others do the same due to being motivated by personal gains and that is how they hide what they steal from others using their tricks and mechanisms. Word BUKHLI is usually translated as jealousy or envy but what it actually means in the Quranic context is rivalry based sense of dominance. One can never dominate others unless one is motivated by sense of domination and because one is motivated by sense of domination one get jealous and envies in case someone else rises above him, so one tries to oppress and suppress others to keep them down and that is how when all people do the same the humanity suffer serious setback because then it is not free to develop to its full potential. This nips any person with development drive in the bud. This is how personal gains based way of life actually destroys humanity by holding back from its true development and progress and prosperity. So this way of life is very dangerous for mankind to live by. The other point made in this verse is that if it is an odd person who is nasty, the humanity can survive that but if one by one all adopt the same way of life then this becomes a culture of a society and that is when things really become dangerous because this could lead to internal and external strife among people. If one person does anything bad people look down on that person but if all turned that way then there is no one will be left to tell anyone you are not doing the right thing, so course is set for bloody revolution and only time will tell how soon. This is why it is better to pull human community towards way of life advised by Allah than let it go down the slippery slope of personal gains based way of life.

38) because they use what they have to help others only for showcasing their way of life before the masses as they commit not faithfully to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to program, constitution and law of Allah, nor for securing the good future for the mankind. In fact any people who chooses such a destructive person as an administrator for community has chosen a deadly harmful fellow as a community administrator!

copy or image of, to change one’s mind or physical appearance, to modernise or modify or update or upgrade or improve, to read or recite aloud, to proclaim or declare openly, to announce in public, to publicise, to spread or disseminate or propagate, to collect or gather in one place or in one piece or unit, to know or be aware or alert or informed or conscious, to cause to know, to understand or comprehend or have grasp or grip or control over, to think or reflect or ponder or contemplate over, to plan ahead or in advance, to surround or encompass or overwhelm or overpower or overcome, to imagine or visualise or have in mind, to pay attention to, to inform or let know or tell or alert or warn, to convey or pass on or deliver something, to teach or train or instruct or direct or guide active or lively or energetic, to be quick acting or fast moving, to swim or dive or float or glide or fly, to move or travel in the water or air or space, to be even or regular or smooth or level, to be agile or flexible, to slide or be slippery, to be illusive or illusive, to appear or disappear, to write or scribble or scribe, to write a scripture or letter or story or history or biography, to build a long or wide road or path, to make a highway, to build bridges, to create ways of communication between people or things, to use ink or paint, monkey or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, head or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, fish or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

In this verse rulers, mullahs, money lenders and their supporters are fully exposed that whatever charity works they set up and run are only for show they are not really concerned about unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind because if they were then they ought to adopt the way of life advised by Allah. It is that way life which really takes care of all human problems if people worked on its given program. It is a cut out way of life for this very purpose. So these people have ulterior motives for setting up charities and running them and that is promotion of the personal gains based way of life at the expense of proper human community based way of life as advised by Allah. A good slap on faces of stupid mullahs who tell us Islam is business based way of life and a charity based way of life wherein people can rule each other and have as many slaves and maids as they want. Nonetheless masses deserve such people to rule them and use and abuse them because they are as stupid as animals if not worse that they have brains which they do not use properly and they have senses which they do not use properly. No wonder the way the world is because that is the kind of people are in the world. We cannot have a world other than what people are. This is why any people who want a better world must work hard on educating people out of their ignorance otherwise world will remain in this state of existence for as long as people will stay this way. Guidance of Allah never helps people if they do not help themselves.

39) What harm could come to such people had they committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind and had chosen right administrators for their communities according to the program, constitution and law of Allah for the good future of the mankind by opening up to others all that Allah had provided for them? Allah is fully aware of them and will expose their lack of concern for others in due course through their own actions.

In these verses Allah is condemning all people with mindsets, attitudes and behaviours based upon personal gains at the expense of each other because nothing belongs to them and whatever they have gathered is all because Allah has made it possible for them yet they do not use it the way Allah is explaining to them for good results in this life and in hereafter. Having such people as friends is not a good idea who are ready to hunt you down the moment you are down and they can take undue advantage of you. It is better therefore to adopt a way of life and look for such ideological friends who are useful and productive and therefore beneficial for you and therefore you too should be beneficial for them and be there for them. As the saying goes, a friend in need is a friend indeed.

40) Surely Allah does no harm to anyone even to the least degree. Not only that but also if anyone does anything beneficial even to the least degree for others, He increases it many folds through His set-up systems and laws.

The Quran keeps repeating the fact that Allah does no harm to anyone if anything he helps mankind to live happy lives by providing them all they need along with his guidance for them. A very strong slap on face of a stupid mullah who thinks Allah punishes people for their sins because they do not fall for his make beliefs and useless rituals. What Allah is telling mankind is the fact that he has set-up this world to work in a certain way for a certain purpose and for that he has provided people his guidance to live by. The main reason is to save them from harming themselves in their ignorance. It is people who are not paying any attention to his guidance and doing what they like and ending up with all sorts of problems. What people need to understand is the fact that islam is a deen=the way of life advised by Allah and not a mazhab ie a make belief system with rituals invented by mullahs of each and every religion and attributed to Allah or if you like God. MAZHAB is shirk according to Islam based on the Quran and even mulahs tell us shirk according to Islam is an unforgivable sin ie taking false gods as true along with Allah as his partners. However that is not what the Quran explains as to what shirk is in the Quranic context. It gets all the mullahs of all ancient religions in one go for their stupidity. This includes atheist scholarship stupidity as well who are so critical of scriptures and never studied the actual scriptures in their proper contexts properly themselves. They simply look at what mullahs tell them and accept or reject whatever suits their agendas.

The proper study of scriptures and universal realities will disclose the real truth that all wish to know but none wants to work for because there is no wage involved in this that people want. In other words people do not want to put their effort into something they deem useless due to their own ignorance which fails to realise the invaluable benefits this has for the mankind. DEEN actually versus MAZAHAB, why is that the case? Islam is a way of life advised by Allah for people to live by, what does that mean? It means that people must fulfil all their needs and desires according to set goals and guidelines provided in the Quran. Since people naturally need each other to do that so the Quran provides a framework for them to come together on basis of the Quranic program, constitution and law. That is people must join together for certain goals and work towards them within given guidelines by carrying out a given program as an organised and regulated proper human community. I have explained very clearly what ummah concept is all about and what Islamic constitution based community is all about and how it is supposed to legislate laws and implement them. The question is, did Muhammad the prophet do what he was told? The Quran tell us that he did. Not only he but all the messengers Allah sent did their works faithfully. I have explained that laws are not supposed to be in the Quran because the Quran is not a book with list of laws instead it is a book which has list of guidelines that can be used as guidance for legislating laws. One needs to realise that I am explaining ways ie formulas as to how to do the sums rather than giving one already solved sums about each and every possible situation. That would have taken ages to do and could have resulted in amount of text humans could never need. This is why the Hadith is a very important source of information in my view because whatever the prophet and the people with him said and did at the time is reported through these books.

The problem between people is not that they differ about authenticity or importance of the Hadith books because all accept them as sources of Islamic information or history etc. I am of the opinion that the Hadith collections are works of people and not revelations from Allah. Now people who wrote those books and edited them could have made genuine mistakes due to human errors but also there are people who will try their best to use scriptures for their own ends so they have at least a few ways open to them to do that eg they could try and take advantage of genuine human errors ie suppose I was to write 40000 and I ended up writing down just 40. I was supposed to write name of someone and instead of writing his name I wrote down some other name that was in my mind for some other reason. Can one therefore see that genuine human errors are possible? We also know that people do try their best to take due as well as undue advantage of genuine human errors. So one can see how much opportunity exists for people to exploit things to their advantage if they decide to do that. Even banks are not that foolproof yet despite sophisticated security measures. One will agree that errors not only come about in copying down information but also in seeing things and hearing things as well as failing to understand them properly therefore writers of books could make various types of mistakes including misinterpretations and misrepresentations of information for various reasons. All these open a lot of opportunities for genuine errors so there is ample range of errors people can take undue advantage of. This is why we cannot accept just anything and everything from any human book including the Hadith books. This is why a solid criterion has to be laid down for acceptance and rejection of certain information from a source and that is why people must pick and choose from within the unreliable sources of information.

The whole purpose of divine guidance is to help people think and find out what is right way to live so that people do not end up using and abusing each other and thereby making life of each other hell. However those who are hell bent on using and abusing people cannot be stopped from doing that merely by a lecture in a book because the book is not an active agent that it goes and talks to people itself and slaps them when they do not listen and keep acting stupid. This is why there has to be guidance but also interactions between people to keep each other in check even if it means by force that they stay within limits of their choices and not overstep the limits. In other words it is better that they choose to educate themselves and be good human beings but if they don't then there is another course of action that will come into play that will ensure that humanity survives no matter what because the creator has a set purpose for it. This is why in this context Allah explains his advised way of life for humanity and calls it TOWHEED ie oneness of Godhead and unity of mankind under God. It is therefore SHIRK if anyone tries to live by any other way of life in opposition to way of life advised by Allah. Why Allah told people not to live any other way? Because if they will then they will definitely end up making life of each other hell. Was Allah wrong to do that? No. Are people before our very eyes not using and abusing each other from the east to the west? Yes. Is it fault of Allah to create the world the way he did ie he gave people ability to choose to act as they like along with brains and senses as well as guidance? So even if we suppose Allah is at fault by creating this kind of world, does that change anything for us? No. Because we are here now and not by our own choice and we will do whatever we choose and face the consequences regardless we like it or not and regardless of whether we fight with Allah or accept his plan and try to live as he says and make our lives blissful, dignified and secure as much as we can as a proper human community.

The point here is, no matter what if we can with help of each other make this life great then why must we chose the way that definitely has no benefits for us in this life nor in the next? Already I explained that even if this world is just an imaginary thing but we are still affected by pleasure and pain so we should not think and do things which give us pain instead of pleasure? The same idea applies here as well that no matter what Allah did right or wrong in our view but he has given us all we need ie brains, senses, bodies and all the rest of things for our use including his guidance which clearly tells us a road to a beautiful life then why must we carry on living the way which brings us so much pain? So people should think about it when they have time on their hands. This is why I rather promote what is good for us on basis of solid reasons instead of going along with others as if we are just simple animals bound by instinctive behaviour without ability to think deeply and widely. So as I have explained the whole process ie the way Islam based on the Quran works, in there, there is no possibility of any prophet legislating any laws that contradict the set goals in his revelation and the provided guidelines. Even if one reads Quranic translations of mullahs oneself and asks, what are the goals the Quran sets out for mankind to accomplish? There is no mullah on the face of the earth who could prove Islam is all about oppression and suppression of people. It is all about inflicting cruelty and injustice upon people. It is all about telling people to be enemies of each other or be ignorant, illiterate and uneducated etc etc. I can tell very clearly that the Quran tells the opposite of all this.

The objections of nonMuslims against the Quran are only that it is about wars and I agree with them that it is about wars but the difference between myself and them is of that of the context in which the Quran legitimises wars. In my view Islam imposes wars only so that people who are hell bent on destroying human community through using and abusing each other could be stopped. NonMuslims will agree that if a society does not control criminals in it then it will be controlled by the criminal elements who will destroy it in no time and the Quran tells the very same thing to humanity to stop use and abuse of each other even if you have to go to war with criminal element in the human community. The users and abusers of humanity are taken as criminals by Allah because they are responsible for upsetting his kingdom instead of showing their creativity for which he created them to turn this world into a living paradise for themselves and rest of humanity. One has to think about it that if one was a criminal will he not try to pull wool over my eyes any way one could to get away from me if I was a crime fighter? This is why a lot of people who had the power used their power to deliberately misinterpret and misrepresent the scriptures in order to tell fools like us, look we are doing what God has told us. So people should be able to see how different people standing on different sides look at the scriptures. One is therefore siding with criminals if one is supporting thinking and doing things that help them instead of thinking and doing things that help the genuine people who stand for the good of mankind. What is the benefit for anyone in siding with the harmful and destructive elements in the human community? Just because a certain group uses the Quran in a harmful and destructive way due to foolishness of our own does not mean we should give up the Quran and let such people use the Quran the harmful and destructive way instead of fighting them off.

Is it not the case in their case who side with the criminals and blame the good side that one day a thief comes to their house and claims it is his house so you leave and they instead of fighting back and throwing him out just walk out of the house as he told them? People need to realise that all knowledge is human inheritance and if anyone tries to take it away from us or misuses it then we must join together and claim it back. We should not decide to burn the book just because someone says it is his. The Quran is book from Allah and it belongs to all of us human beings so we should not accept anyone's monopoly over it, particularly of those who try to use it in an abusive way. I am doing that, are you? So remember laws are not made in Islam by one man even if he is a prophet of Allah. It is community as a whole that decides things. The job of the prophet is to deliver the message the best he can. Since community knew what goals it has to achieve and the guidelines it has to follow and the needs it has to fulfil so all these factors played part in Islamic legislation always. However this method was stopped by kings who set up mullahism to legislate and mullahs made laws as kings wanted them in the name of Allah. Mullahs always did that says the Quran itself. They made things lawful and unlawful as they liked. So there is a big difference between what the actual teaching of the Quran is and what mullahs have been spreading and are still spreading. My warning to masses all over the world is very simple that mullah's Islam is coming your way so fight it or you will live to regret it. You may ask how can mullah's Islam come to the whole world? It is because free world as people assume it is not really free because there are people who want to rule the world by making fool of their masses and they will bring Islam of mullahs because it will help them control people in the name of God. Before that happens educate yourselves properly and fight mullahs on their own ground. In my work there is a lot to help mankind do that. Take the control of the Quran and other scriptures away from all the mullahs everywhere and use this book the Quran and all the other books sensibly to carve out the best human community that we all could be proud of. So don't let SHIRK call religion spread and become dominant instead let unity among people for peace, progress and prosperity prevail so that we could have a world that is truly a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah that offers humanity blissful, dignified and secure existence.

41) Just think about it who proves right on this claim Us or you when We bring evidence from every nation before you to you the people and challenge you the people to bring your evidence against it as to who harmed the nations, Us or was it their own doing and is it Us harming you now or are you harming yourselves by doing things against Our advice?

Here is a verse that challenges mullaism and the make beliefs they spread in the name of Allah blaming Allah for everything. Such people need the treatment they really deserve. The very first verse of the Quran proves them liars because Allah proclaims he is merciful and beneficent. How dare mullahs tell us lies about Allah and how shameful is behaviour of rest of mankind that they let them get away with it or even join them in blaming Allah and his messengers.

42) In due course those who fight against Our program, constitution and law therefore oppose Our messenger at a time do wish they were on the same ground with it, because they can no longer mask the true message of Allah with them in light of the new message of Allah!

People argue against advised way of Allah only because mullahs put them up the wrong track so either they are religious so they live in their own world of cloud cuckoo land wherein they do not need to do anything so all will be done for them by Allah therefore they end up in hell of their own making or because they know religion is invention of mullahs to make fool of masses but they do not know what the way of Allah is, which is something very different from religions and has nothing at all to do with mullahs’ make beliefs and rituals, so again they end up destroying themselves. However, once people carry on doing things the wrong way and find out the truth the hard way about mullahs, rulers and money lenders and their tricks and the way they ruin their lives, it is too late for them to turn the clock back so they become desperate and hopeless. They rather commit suicide than carry on living in state of uncertainty. This is why the Quran begins its convincing message with 2/2 and then there is no let in bringing to attention of people one after the other things they ought to be aware of. This is why rulers, mullahs and money lenders and business leaders are called Satans by Allah because they use all tricks and mechanisms to entrap humanity for their personal gains at the expense of human community.

43) So O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind, do not get involved in task related to rule based upon program, constitution and law of Allah the while you are unaware of it until you really become aware of what you ought to accomplish, nor should anyone who is a stranger to it unless one has made oneself fully aware of it by undergoing related education and training thoroughly. However, if you are weak in the knowledge and skill or you are on a journey to learning, or any of you have come from a humble background, or are stuck with your communities and you have no access to Our complete revelation then fulfil your desire by doing what benefits the people. Thus you should tackle objectives yourselves and your supporters. Guidance of Allah is indeed helpful for mankind to secure their blissful and dignified existence.

Here the Quran is advising people that guidance of Allah needs reasonable awareness of it before it could be implemented properly, so the first thing is to get proper education and training and be able to make proper sense of it and then get involved in setting-up a community network for organising and regulating it. Any other way of getting involved with guidance of Allah is going to be a problem as it was for people in the past generations who were fooled by their mullahs in the name of Allah and ended up making their lives hell.

44) Have you not considered the case of those to whom was given Our book for guidance? They instead followed a way of their own based on personal gains at the expense of each other that landed them into painful suffering and they wish that you too lose the way that is proper just as they did.

These verses one after the other keep condemning mullahs for their role in masking deen of Allah into religions and sects in order to justify rule over people by people by pushing the rule based upon guidance of Allah out of their way. It is because masses decide to sit idle and do nothing that they end up slaves of rulers, mullahs and money lenders, who use and abuse them as if they are lesser creatures than animals. So people need to wake up and turn to guidance of Allah as they ought so that they could end up in life that is full of bliss and dignity. The Quran again and again tells people to do their bit, don’t just sit and keep asking Allah for things when he has given you everything you will ever need, so learn what you need to do and do it instead of looking to each other for things and doing nothing yourselves. This is why Allah has called his advised way of life DEEN not MAZHAB. Deen is a way people need to do things to fulfil their needs properly and mazhab is merely a collection of make beliefs and rituals and nothing more. So it is people who are religious who look to God for fulfilment of their prayers instead fulfilling their tasks set for them by God to get the results they need. This is what mullahs are feeding on ie stupidity of masses.

45) This is how Allah makes obvious those who have animosity towards you the proper human community because sufficient is setting-up of systems and laws by Allah for your security and sufficient is guidance of Allah as your supporter.

The people who are true followers of guidance of Allah, set-up systems and laws of Allah keep them on track so those who have animosity towards them are always caught in their own traps and become exposed.

46) Among those who claim to be properly guided there are some who take the words in the scriptures out of their proper contexts and this is how they say we hear by word of mouth and this is how they end up being inconsistent with their declared commitment to it by their actions and that is the way they say we hear but in actual fact they hear not because they explain words against their obvious purpose by misuse and abuse of their language and so they turn the program, constitution and law of Allah that leads to unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind into a system of dogmatic make beliefs that lead to divisions and wars. Surely it would have been better for them if they had declared, we hear by establishing rule based upon Our guidance they were assigned for their consistency saying, bestow prosperity upon us and keep us established in the land. However Allah let them fall and stay in painful suffering due to their opposition to His program, constitution and law, for they committed not to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind properly save a tiny minority of them.

The Quran repeatedly tells mankind how some of the people of the book misbehaved with guidance of Allah. All because they did not learn the guidance as they were told to, so due to their staying ignorant about it they just used the books to make personal gains in the name of Allah. The very same is going on in this ummah to a large extent that so called spiritual guides are busy making money of those people who come to them for help because they have troublesome lives. Instead of helping them these people con them out of their pockets and even personal dignity. The unfortunate thing is that those who try to educate them out of their ignorance they fight them instead of appreciating their efforts for them. So grip of stupid rulers, mullahs and money lenders is very strong on ignorant masses and that is the way they want to keep them otherwise they cannot use and abuse them. This is why rulers, mullahs and money lenders never invested in proper education and training of their people because once masses become educated they will come to realise they are being used and abused by them. One must realise why this surah is named AL-NISAA. It is not talking about men and woman as mullahs will have us believe. So far we saw each surah stuck to its topic despite being such long lectures. There is no any inconsistency in them as mullahs will have us believe.

47) O you the people who have been given the scripture already! Commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to what We have revealed now, confirming that which you already have with you before We let your leading people disintegrate and become disfigured beyond all recognition by letting them fall in regression or let you fall into painful suffering as We left the people on their own to do as they pleased who did not abide by Our program, constitution and law for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind before you. It is because the proclaimed plan of Allah is bound to reach its fulfilment.

48) That is why Allah does not protect from harm and destruction any people who adopt the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other in His name instead of the way of life based upon His program, constitution and law because He protects from harm and destruction only such people as work for their protection according to His advised way of life rather than working for personal gains based way of life in His name. This is so because any populace that justifies rule by other than Allah has indeed invented a great lie against Allah so it suffers grave consequences for doing that.

This verse is total condemnation of mullaism and religion because by this trick they make fool of masses. They sell stupidity and greed ie use and abuse of masses by a few and call it will of God. They sell poison by labelling it elixir. The Quran fully exposes lies of rulers, mullahs, money lenders and their touts. However, unless masses educate themselves and unite there is no end to their problems. There are no easy solutions that people are looking for. A proof that the Quran does offer solutions that actually work but they are not easy to implement. Education and training is a very serious business which needs constant and concerted effort by people. In the Quranic context SHIRK does not mean there are multiple creators and sustainers of this universe but that people who are living by way of life other than the way of life advised by Allah are committing SHIRK and the result of doing that is disintegration of human community and when there is no community then all sorts of troubles show up one by one in due course as already explained.
