7) Therefore strive hard for spreading blissful, dignifying and secure life providing guidance revealed by Allah upon you the people on basis of His covenant, through which He held you under obligation when you said, we will heed it we will support it. Therefore be consistent with Allah and each other and rest of humanity because Allah makes obvious for people to see your motives in your minds through your own actions.

In the very first Surah the Quran talks about Allah introducing himself to mankind and telling therein why this introduction is important and therein Allah also ask mankind to make an agreement with him that they will live by his program for their own good. This is why Surah one is covenant between Allah and this final ummah. When Muslims read this surah, they are actually reminding themselves about this covenant between themselves and Allah. The same was the case with ummahs before this as explained elsewhere in the Quran. The blessings of Allah promised by him to mankind cannot be had unless people work for them the way they are told. Nowhere the Quran promises that people will just keep asking Allah for things and he will keep doing things the way they want. Allah makes is absolutely clear that he has a plan for his creation and humanity and he will never change his plan no matter what. So the idea that if people will ask God to change his mind then he will is a nonsense. After all there are billions of people in the world and each person is fighting over things with all others and if each of them wants God to do something for him then how many could God satisfy that way without giving up whatever he has already planned for the world? So people need to educate themselves about such things. It is one thing for people to express their desires and another for God to let their desire find their fulfilment. Anything people desire that is in line with plan of Allah will automatically fulfil regardless people ask for it or not.

8) So O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind, be the ones who rise up for installing the rule based upon guidance of Allah so that you make manifest Our system of justice for mankind to see it in action through your own thoughts and actions and let not the animosity of any people towards you incite you to commit acts of injustice towards them. Do justice, that is right course of actions for consistency between mankind because it is also consistent with program, constitution and law of Allah, this is why Allah makes obvious for you the people what you are supposed to be doing.

This verse leaves one in no doubt that Allah wants Muslims to be just and fair in dealing between themselves as well as in dealing with others who are not even Muslims. Here the Quran is telling mankind that real justice is not that you legislate biased and unjust laws and judge matters and make decisions on that basis but that actual laws should be free of prejudices and discriminations of all sort.

9) Allah promises those who commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind such as take actions to remove obstacle in the way of mankind towards unity, peace, progress and prosperity that for them is protection from painful suffering through kingdoms offering blissful, dignified and secure life as a worthy outcome of their own hard works.

10) As for those who oppose Our set goals and provided guidelines for mankind and deny each other access to Our provisions, they are the people who are supporters of the ideology and course of actions that lead to painful suffering.

Just as the Quran explains life using positive attributes for things and actions and states of existence so it explains the opposite as well by using words like FISQ, JAHANNUM, JAHEEM, ISM, UDWAAN, KUFR, SHIRK, NAAR etc etc. In a good human community people are happy to see each other because they know help has arrived and so people feel secure in each other’s company so happiness increases in people but in upside down populations things are opposite. As people see each other they know trouble has arrived so they feel more and more irritated and troubled so one kind of society leads to life of peace and happiness and the other into disturbance and sadness. Since each king of population has its own attributes therefore the Quran expresses those situation using various words to make people think what is right or wrong with their societies and ways of life, so that people could change themselves for the better.

11) Therefore O you who claim to be working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind, strive to spread the blissful, dignifying and secure life giving program, constitution and law revealed by Allah upon you because that is how He restrained the hands of those who sought to harm and destroy you by making them join you so be consistent with guidance of Allah for the benefit of humanity, for it set-up systems and laws of Allah upon which should rely those who are truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind.

In this verse Allah is explaining how enemies of Muslims can become their ideological brothers if Muslims took the trouble to properly understand the message and delivered it to others properly.

12) That is how Allah bound together children of Israel through His program, constitution and law whereby We brought forth from them a reformed self supporting community after putting them through very hard work. It was because Allah said to them, I am with you if you will establish rule based upon My guidance and attain freedom from all ills thereby and commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind along with My messengers and support them and offer whatever labour you can generously on the basis of promise of Allah for the good outcome so that thereby I could remove for you your difficulties and land you into blissful kingdoms throughout which rivers flow of livelihood and happiness. However if any of you after this violates this agreement then he will indeed have strayed from the way that is proper.

As explained already the purpose of message of Allah is to prove itself divine in its origin and to guide mankind as regard how they should live to fulfil set goals according to given guidelines. Here Story of Children of Israel is brought in again to draw attention of people to the fact how they should set-up and organise themselves into a community based upon guidance of Allah and regulate themselves as told in order to accomplish the set goals. So people are told to learn things themselves and educate others so that mankind come together to become a united, peaceful, progressive and prosperous community. Allah makes the promise that if people will understand his program as it ought to be understood and act upon it as it ought to be acted upon then outcome is sealed to be great. The Quran does not tell people that Allah is poor so he needs help of people but that people should trust plan of Allah for them and work and wait for results till they show up in this world within the given time limit.

13) Yet they breached their agreement and as a result We condemned them to the results of their own actions so We let them end up with thoughtless minds like lifeless stones. It is because they tampered with Our revelations taking them out of their proper contexts and they neglect much of what they were bound to, to do. Moreover you will always hear about them conspiring against you except for a minority of them therefore show them the mirror to let them know you are alert but react not to their tricks and mechanisms in a wrong way, for Allah supports those who are kind to others

The condemnation of a people by Allah is not a punishment from Allah but a way of saying I leave you to yourself as per your own wishes. This is because after Allah has provided people sustenance and guidance if people continue to choose to live and do as they have been doing and ending up in painful suffering then that is up to themselves because God has played his part so it is up to people themselves to play their part properly or not.

14) and likewise We bound together through Our guidance those who said, we are supporters of deen of Allah but they too neglected much of what they were bound to, to adopt it as a way of life. As a result We left them also to themselves due to their own actions because they ended up divided due to animosity through hatred between themselves that will last till the day they rise up against the way of life they have adopted for adopting the way of life advised by Allah and that is how soon Allah will make obvious to them the results of all that they have invented to replace His advised way of life.

In these verses it is made absolutely clear that Allah never advised people to adopt any religion at all ever. The only thing he ever advised them was to hold on to his advised way of life by setting them goals and providing them with guidelines to organise and regulate themselves as a proper human community. So anything people have adopted other than the advised way of life is their own invention and the only end that can lead to is painful suffering 57/27. No wonder this ummah is in exactly the same situation in which other ummahs were. Muslims are following various religions in forms of sects and they are busy inventing more and more make beliefs and useless rituals and are far, far away from the way of life Allah advised them to adopt. The result is ummah is almost destroyed and people who claim to be Muslims are busy killing each other for the very same reasons as the people before them.

15) O people of the book, there has indeed come to you Our messenger clearly explaining much relating Our advised way of life which you have conceal by masking it with your self invented religious make beliefs and useless rituals in Our scriptures and overlooks much of that which you do. Surely there has come to you from Allah a new light of knowledge in form of a clear book,

16) through which Allah will guide those who seek to follow His declared way of life that leads to peace, progress and prosperity that is how He will bring them out of depths of darkness of ignorance into the light of knowledge according to His plan in order to guide them to the way that is firmly founded.

These verses explain why books and messengers are sent by Allah ie to guide mankind through a way of life to a state existence full of bliss and dignity and security.

17) Indeed such people have rejected Our advised way of life by masking the truth with falsehood who claim that he Our appointed messenger the successor of community of Mariam is Allah Himself. Say to them, who had the power to oppose universally set-up systems and laws of Allah had He chosen to let the appointed messenger the successor of community of Mariam along with his community and all the people in the world destroy themselves because to Allah alone belongs sovereignty of the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them? He originated and evolved what He planned and He has set-up systems and laws for all things to operate properly.

To claim sovereignty for any other than Allah is shirk for mankind ie it is same as one is rejecting sovereignty of Allah and his jurisdiction over this universe. If anyone claims that anyone is God then that person is attributing same responsibilities to that which is other than Allah and in that case Allah challenges the person to fulfil his universal responsibilities as a God. Since none has shown that he has fulfilled universal responsibilities as a God so the claim that anyone is a God other than Allah is false. The main responsibilities of a God are provision of sustenance and guidance. Has anyone sustained the universe and provided mankind with guidance other than Allah? Is there any set goal and program to go with that for achieving that goal according to some constitution and some guidelines for regulatory laws etc? The answer is a simple, no. This is why it not possible that anyone could be proven a God other than Allah. The other point made here is that anyone who makes any claim on basis of make beliefs is no longer adopting the way of life advised by Allah, it is because one is stepping out of way of life into make beliefs ie one replacing DEEN with MAZHAB. So mullahs should think about it where do they stand by adopting all sorts of make beliefs and rituals in the name of Allah? The Quran is full of condemnation of mullahs and their invented beliefs and useless rituals etc whereby they take people away from what they are supposed to be doing to ensure a blissful, dignified and secure life for themselves as a proper human community. They do this to cover up the idea of proper way of life so that that way they could open the way for themselves to use and abuse humanity at will in the name of Allah and his scriptures. It is because if they do not do this trick then they cannot justify power struggle between rulers and money lenders and themselves for using and abusing each other and rest of masses.

18) Yet people who claim to be rightly guided (the Jews) and the people who claimed to be supporters of advised way of Allah (the Christians) say, we are children of Allah and very dear to Him. Ask them, why then He lets you people suffer painfully due to your transgressions against rule based upon His guidance? No, you are not His children rather you are normal human beings like other people which He has originated and evolved. He secures those who work towards establishing rule based upon His guidance and He lets suffer the pain those who live against His advise way of life showing clearly that to Allah alone belongs the sovereignty of the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them and it is up to Him to set the goal or task for mankind to fulfil.

A point to note here is children of Allah does not mean that a certain people at one time or another actually believed they were actual children of Allah. What it means is that they claimed we are true followers of guidance of Allah despite the fact that they became a people religion and followed useless self invented rituals instead of being people of deen as they were actually advised in their scriptures. It is due to their becoming religious that they were left on their own to suffer the pain through adopting way of life based upon personal gains that led to divisions and hatred and wars between themselves exactly like what is happening to Muslims to day and for the very same reasons. So here the case is not that people said we are children of Allah and Allah got angry over it and punished them for it as mullahs will have believe. Someone fully devoted to something is also called son of that something, a person on a mission of God is also called son of God. In Arabic one is called IBN AL-SABEEL ie the one devoted to living the way told by Allah. In other places in the Quran Allah is not angry because people say Jesus is son of Allah because that means Jesus is fully devoted to mission of Allah, the reason people are condemned is because they attribute to Jesus the makes beliefs ie they claim Jesus was devoted to Allah through falsehood called religion. Instead of these people following the way Jesus followed they invented a religion and said this is what Jesus followed. This is how they ended up covering up the way of life Jesus advised them follow by replacing it with religion as is explained in 57/27. This is why people end up divided by adopting way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other. This also clarifies why Jesus may be called son of Mariam ie because he was devoted to betterment of this community by name of Mariam. It is like people called people sons of nation.

19) O people of the book, surely there now has come to you Our that very messenger whom you were expecting, making Our set goals and provided guidelines clear for you after slowing down of long list of Our messengers in case you say, the one expected in the end never came to inform us about way of life to unity, peace, progress and prosperity or to warn us against adopting any way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other that leads to painful suffering. Therefore there has now come to you that deliverer of information about blissful, dignified and secure life as well as deliverer warning against following any way of life that leads painful suffering so listen to him and follow his advice because Allah has set-up systems and laws in the universe to govern all affairs of all things.

in some way for some reason or purpose, to build dam or erect barricade or put obstacle in the way of or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to cause problem or trouble or difficulty or poverty or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to eat or devour or swallow or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to take in or learn or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to backbite or slander or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to think or reflect or ponder or contemplate or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to plan ahead or in advance or plot or conspire or scheme or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to understand or comprehend or perceive or have insight or in view or in mind or visualise or dream or do something alike in some or purpose, to overwhelm or overpower or overcome or encompass or embrace or surround or envelop or veil or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to have brains or be clever or sharp or intelligent in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to cut or break or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, mouth or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, womb or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, head or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

These verses decisively knock out the religions, superstitions, myths and all kinds of false beliefs and useless rituals that people believe in and perform and waste their lives away instead of learning what the proper message of Allah really is. The more people ignore this message by hanging on to their religions and ritualism the more they suffer the pain and their prayers remain a terrible mistake and people should know better because they have been bestowed with brains and senses to use them properly and figure out the truth for themselves in line with real world realities.

20) So call to mind the incident when Moses said to his people, O my people! Strive hard to spread among communities the blissful program, constitution and law which Allah has bestowed upon you because He has raised prophets from among you whereby He bestowed you with responsibilities of managements in the kingdom and that is why He gave you that which has not been given to any nation in the world today.

21) So O my people, build your lives upon the perfect foundation which Allah has provided you and never move away from it because if you will then you will end up in loss, so live they way you are told and go and deliver the message to people of nearby land as well.

This verses is one of the complementary meaning verses ie it has more than one message in the very same piece of text. In one sense it is telling people to live the way they are told because that is why they are given the message and in the other sense they are told to go and tell about it to other people as well who live near about. These verses are talking about way of life advised by Allah in form of a program, constitution and law that is perfect ground for a people for living their lives and for inviting other people to unity on basis of peace, progress and prosperity. If a people who have been given the book to share it with others do not even bother to teach it to each other for a while then such people are bound to go down the wrong path ie path of painful suffering. The other problem that arises among such people is that after they have given up on divine mission for a while they become hesitant in inviting others to what they themselves do not follow or even know. Despite being missionaries the people of Moses did not have the courage to enter the land of another people to offer them program for unity, peace, progress and prosperity because they were frightened they too will be treated the same way as those people treated each other ie disdainfully due to living on basis of personal gains therefore being divided into many groups on basis of class, caste and creed etc etc. The point was to go and join a people already living in a land and educate them to new way of life based on revelation from Allah. When people are educated to become caring and sharing then things change drastically from rivalries to brotherhood. Moses was confident that these people could be driven out of their way of life if he had some help from his followers but they decided not to support him so he changed his mind about it because it was necessary that he educated and trained his own people first.

This incident made him realise that these people still lacked the needed education, training and skills before they could become his real helpers in the mission. Here the question arises that if Bani Israel were this bad then why not send message to any other people instead? It is because other people were even worse. It is same as today that Muslims are bad but the others are even worse. If others were good people they could learn the message of the Quran and do what it told mankind to do but are they? Same happened in the past that Allah chose a people for his mission who most suited his missionary work at the time. Despite whatever any chosen people were at any given point in time they were always better than others that is why they were chosen. In this era Muslims are a chosen people and they are not up to the set standard but are any other people in the world better? No. If anything they are worse. It is because they are busy with their research work for technological inventions but have no time for similar research and exploration for deen to better lives of mankind instead they are making world a worst place by their inventions due top setting standards based upon personal gains which work to disadvantage the people who need to help most. All because such people think they do not need God let alone needing his guidance.

22) The cowards lacking insight amongst them said, O Moses! Therein are living a people who use force even against each other so we will not set our foot in it until they leave it all by themselves but as soon as they leave we will be ready to enter the land.

Instead of entering upon a people and inviting them to brotherhood in the name of Allah these people decided to sit idle in wait for these people to leave the land free for them. This was possible because people who live by the sword perish by the sword. Because the people in the fertile land lived by way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other so in time they will have ended up destroying themselves unless they were guided. Also people did move from land to land in search of food and water etc like nomads. They settled in a place for a while so long as there was food for them then moved on. This was not a good way to think for a people chosen by Allah to guide others but why they should not fear a people who were inflicting harms and destructions even upon their own people who were their own kith and kin etc. Will they spare the strangers? So in a way such people deserve the painful suffering and death and destruction which they bring upon themselves. Why did they not use their God given brains and senses properly to be better than animals at least. Also did God take side of any people? No, his set-up systems and laws work the same for all. This is why even Bani Israel were not spare when they did similar things by adopting the same of doing things. Today Muslim ummah is suffering painfully even more than others because it is has not only not delivered the proper message of Allah properly to mankind but also has little clue about what the message actually is. It is because it has given up on doing any research and exploration work on revelation to make proper sense of it. This is why it has lost the way to unity, peace, progress and prosperity. So no wonder that all people are suffering due to taking undue advantage of each other and paying no attention to the blissful, dignifying and secure life providing message.

23) Thereupon two leading men from among the thoughtful group upon both of whom Allah had bestowed understanding of His message said, enter the city at the gate because once you enter it then you will surely be victorious. So put your trust in set-up systems and laws of Allah if you are truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind.

24) The cowards replied, O Moses! We will never enter it so long as they remain in there. Therefore both you and your Creator and Sustainer should go and have a try at them meanwhile we rather stay where we are.

25) Hearing this from them Moses said, O my Creator and Sustainer ! I have no authority from people to take steps on behalf of anyone save myself and anyone who supports me. Therefore decide the matter between us and between people who are rebellious against Your commandment.

Here the Quran is making it very clear that all decisions in the community are made on basis of agreement within the community and if community decides to go in a particular direction be it the wrong one, the messenger of Allah cannot stop them. He can disagree with them but he cannot perform the task for which he need support of others. It is not the case that people disagree with their messenger and he picks up the swords and cuts off their throats. He understands that his people need further education and training and works to help them and waits for right time to give things another try at another time.

26 ) Thereupon Allah told Moses, this being the mindset, attitude and behaviour of these people they are bound to lose any hope for securing for themselves life that is blissful, dignified and secure instead they are bound for life of destitution and debasement but you should not feel sorry for them because these people are bound to fall victim to divisions and wars due to rivalries and animosities between them in due course.

After people of Moses let him down he is told what is to come if these people carried on this way.

27) That was the story of Moses and his people but you can recite to the people of the book the lesson in the story of two groups of children of Adam to show the vital important of respect for rights of all human beings. Behold, they each approached life their own chosen ways, the approach of one group was consistent with the plan of Allah the while that of the other was not. The latter said to the former, I will destroy you. The former replied, Allah only accepts the approach of those who are consistent with His proclaimed will.

28) So even if you use ways and means at your disposal to destroy me, I will not use ways and means at my disposal to destroy you because I am mindful of goals and guidelines set for us by Allah who is creator and sustainer of all the nations.

29) I intend to let you bear the responsibility of my harmful reactions against you as well as your own actions against me so that you become the victim of results of your own actions in form of painful suffering, for that is the law of consequences set-up by Allah for those who transgress against the program, constitution and law of Allah by inflicting harms and destructions upon others for their personal gains.

30) That is how the mindset, attitude and behaviour of the latter prompted him to fight his brother so he fought him and became of the losers.

This is not the story of actual children of Aadam the messenger of Allah in the sense of his next generation fighting each other but of general condition among human beings. It is just to show how they have become divided between themselves due to one group living according to their own choices trying to take undue advantage of each other for personal gains and the other living by way of life advised by Allah. One group is living at the expense of each other thereby ending up divided and in rivalries and the other trying to establish brotherhood by trying to live for each other. It should be noted that Aadam the messenger of Allah and his rival Iblees both were children of humanity or Aadam the original human being as distinct from other living animals as explained already. This story involves two clans or tribes and their chiefs or leaders.

31) In order to distance mankind from such bloodshed Allah sent His messenger with program, constitution and law to take man on a journey of learning to draw his attention to exploration of the universe in order to show him how he can work for the well being of his fellow human beings. After becoming aware of level of his ignorance, Alas! He cried, I failed even to be as aware of things as this teacher so then he covered the needs of his less disadvantaged brother because he became full of regrets when he realised the wrong he had done to him.

oneself, to feel sorry for oneself, to feel the loss of something, to be angry with oneself over doing something wrong which causes one to lose something, fish or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, door or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, water or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

32) That is why We told the children of Israel that whoever puts obstacles in the way of development and progress of even a single person without any reasonable justification such as for murder or for creating wars in the world, it is as if he has undermined the development and prosperity of whole of mankind. And whoever removes obstacles in the way of person to help the person develop, progress and prosper, it is as if he has helped the whole of mankind progress and prosper. Yet even though Our messengers came to them one after the other with such clear revelations, it was not long before most of them committed atrocities against each other in the land.

These verses are telling people that living on basis of personal gains at the expense of each other creates nothing but rivalries and animosities and wars which is detrimental for humanity as a whole and living for each other and supporting each other to do better is the way to go for mankind. So people who put obstacles in the way of each other, in fact undermine humanity itself and those who remove problems in the way of each other help mankind move forward. This is why living on the basis of way of life advised by Allah is good for mankind and living for personal gains at the expense of each other is bad for mankind and cannot be justified no matter what. None is to be isolated from anything in the world unless one breaches the code of conduct as advised by Allah. In other words people who have anti social mindset, attitude and behaviour need to be kept under guard by community or they will harm and destroy proper human community if left alone to carry out their harmful and destructive thoughts in actions.

33) Surely response to such as wage wars against the rule based upon guidance of Allah by waging wars against those who bring His message for their unity, peace, progress and prosperity as well as strive hard to conspire for wars between people in the world is that they should be defeated in their objectives and stopped in their tracks by removal of their ways and means and their support for opposing unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind and that is how they should be driven out of their such harmful and destructive mindset, attitude and behaviour. This is immediate solution about them but if they persist then grievous painful suffering is going to be the result of their course of actions

34) unless they turn to guidance of Allah and reform accordingly before you take them on but you the mankind should be aware that Allah protects humanity no matter what through His blissful, dignifying and life securing program.

Despite harmful and destructive mindsets, attitudes and behaviours based upon harmful and destructive ambitions and desires, people are drawn toward chances for truthful reconciliations so that a proper human community comes out of all this rivalry based cruelty and hatred or animosity. This verse leaved one in no doubt that wars are no solutions to human problems therefore people must take the way that leads them to unity, peace, progress and prosperity. The alternative is far too painful and people should never forget it. If sense does not prevail as a first step and war has to be fought yet there always should be a way out of this situation and sense must prevail. So education is must for all in order to put things on the right track and to keep them going properly. The course of actions that leads to painful suffering is not good for mankind and they should always know this so that war culture does not get the foothold in the world or it will take humanity generations and ages to eliminate it. This is why since time of Adam the very first messenger of Allah, Allah has been sending books and messengers one after the other so to speak to teach mankind to be wise, however despite all this still a huge majority of mankind is full of ignorant and foolish. Only when people will truly realise vital importance of wisdom that they will really turn to guidance of Allah and benefit from the wisdom taught in there. There is stern warning to mankind that Allah will protect humanity no matter what because he has a plan for which he created things and that plan will not remain unfulfilled so if people will not go by guidance of Allah then even if world becomes full of bloodshed humanity must sort out its anti social elements.

All people who oppose community based way of life must be eliminated through education and training and skills and if that fails then through wars and death and destruction. It is because oppression and suppression of some people by others is not acceptable to Allah. No man has right to be master of any other or be a slave to another. If some people who live on basis of oppressing and suppressing others for their personal vested interests at their expense do not stop then wars are inevitable till such people are eliminated and world becomes free of such elements in the human community. So rulers, mullahs and money lenders and their touts should become aware that their days will soon be over one way or the other. Their various tricks and mechanisms they use for using and abusing masses are not going to work for them for very long so it is better that such people move with time and truly become part of human family by truly working for the well being of the mankind. This shows why such elements are supporting enemies of message of Allah and trying to undermine it in various way by raising baseless false propaganda against it throughout the world to make fools of their own masses and causing wars for profiteering from their such adventures at the expense of their own masses. All people need to wake up and rise against their harmful and destructive rulers, priests and money lenders if they want to have lives worth living on basis of human brotherhood and well being of each other.

35) So O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind, be consistent with program, constitution and law of Allah and each other for the well being of mankind by exploring and finding the ways and means for installing and implementing rule based upon guidance of Allah therefore strive hard for success of His mission so that you could succeed in fulfilling His set gaols according His provided guidelines.

36) As for those who persist in opposing rule based upon guidance of Allah, if they had everything the world has in it or even twice as much to offer as a ransom to redeem themselves from the consequences of their actions on the day of uprooting of detrimental way of life, it will not be accepted of them and they will suffer the painful consequences of their courses of actions.

37) By then things will be so bad that even they themselves will desire to get out of the fire of hatred ignited by themselves among themselves yet they will not be able to get out of it because they will have led themselves into painful suffering that is there to stay in place.

38) As for any group of the administration or any party of the proper human community that is found guilty of usurping the rights of each other as set by Allah, remove Our provided protection form it as a result of its criminal behaviour against the proper human community as a deterrent from Allah because Allah is mighty wise ruler of this kingdom so He knows how to deal with such criminals.

In these verses Allah is talking about community life and how it is supposed to be set-up and run by the community itself in accordance with guidance of Allah. Any people who do not accept living by this way of life are excluded from this community because they can never live without causing problems for rest of community due to saying one thing and doing another. However till people show what is in their minds by their actions in form or their words and deeds it is not possible to tell who is truly committed to community based way of life and who is not. If anyone is caught lying then punishment is severe ie no more community protection because one is excluded from community till one truly repents and reforms. If any do that then community can keep an eye on such people in case they are lying to get back into community due to loss of benefits of community life. If such people are caught doing the same again the community can decide what punishment will be suitable for such people as mere exclusion from the community may not be thought sufficient because unless this problem is addressed effectively such people could turn community life into a joke ie one day in and the next day out, which could prove very harmful and even destructive for community. If this crime was not that serious Allah will not have bothered mentioning it and even suggesting exclusion from the community or brotherhood. It is because the whole Quran is full of verses telling people to be part of brotherhood so why exclude anyone who is already in? It shows this is a crime against humanity that could prove a fatal blow to community life if let go unpunished. In the way of life based upon community spirit all doors are open to everyone because in this way of life there are no secrets ie it is a transparent human society. Nobody has any bad designs for any other person because all needs of all people are fulfilled with help of each other. So if anyone wants to do anything that is out of the norm in this community in a negative way then one has to be out of his mind or enemy of community. In one case one should be treated for insanity but in the other case one should be thrown out of the community or punished appropriately as community decides.

39) However if any of the people turn to guidance of Allah and reform according to it after committing the crime against the proper human community then Allah has provided His guidance for such to turn to because Allah protects mankind through His blissful, dignifying and secure life providing revelation.


40) Are you people not aware that to Allah alone belongs sovereignty of the kingdom of the heavens and the earth? He lets suffer a nation the terrible consequences of its own actions that works against His plan and He protects a nation against harm and destruction that works according to His plan because Allah has set-up systems and laws for dealing with all affairs relating everything.
