Hara Bhara Kebabs
Ingredients:
400 gms - green peas (shelled)
300 gms - cottage cheese (crumbled)
4 - potatoes
1 - medium sized bunch of spinach (chopped)
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - green chilli paste
2 or 3 tsp - red chilli powder
2 tsp - mango powder
8 tbsp - corn flour
1 tsp - garam masala powder
handful of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
oil for deep frying
salt to taste
Method

1. Boil the green peas and mash when still hot.
2. Boil the potatoes and mash them while they are still hot.
3. Boil the spinach without any water. Cool.
4. Squeeze out the water completely and grind it coarsely.
5. Mix together boiled green peas, potatoes, spinach, and cottage cheese.
6. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, mango powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, corn flour and salt.
7. Mix gently to make dough.
8. Make small patties and deep fry in hot oil.
9. Serve hot with onion kachumbar and mint dip.
