Sunaa he is jahaaN maiN
zindagii kii qeht sali he
YahaaN do chaar din jeena ka
aksar ziker hota he
YahaaN her cheez faani he
sabhii ko mout aanii he
YahaaN izhaar kyaa kerna

Magar kucH youN bhi suntaa houN
Ke aisaa ek jahaaN ho gaa
Ke jis maiN mout aane kaa
koii DhaDkaa nahii ho gaa
Hyaat-e-JavidaaN ke
wahaaN sab asbaab rakhe haiN
Ye meraa tum se waadah he
Ager dono wahaaN mill gaye
wahiiN phir iqraar ker laiN ge
wahiiN phir piaar ker laiN ge
