Assalam alaykum,
Ibada Ibn Saamit, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said:--

"GUARANTEE ME 6 THINGS AND I WILL GUARANTEE YOU PARADISE:--

1. WHEN YOU SPEAK, SPEAK THE TRUTH.

2. KEEP YOUR PROMISE.

3. DISCHARGE YOUR TRUST.

4. GUARD YOUR CHASTITY.

5. LOWER YOUR GAZE [ie do not cast lewd glances] and

6. WITHOLD YOUR HAND FROM HIGHHANDEDNESS". [Baihaqi].
