toofaaN kay dharo ruk jao lay jao na mujh ko sahil per
toofaaN ki qasam maojoan ki qasam sahil pay humara koi naheeN

nazar say qatl kar dalo na ho takleef dono ko
tumhay khanjar uthanay ki humain gardan jhukanay ki

ab main samjha tayray rukhsaar pay till ka mutlab
daulat-e-husn pay darbaan bitha rakha hay

her phool ki qismat main kahan naaz e uroosan
kuch phool to khiltay hain mazaroan kay liyay bhi
