ek shakhs pass reh kar bhi samjha nahin mujhe
is baat ka malaal hai shikwa nahin mujhe

mein usko bewafai ka ilzam kese doon
usne to ibte'da se hi chaha nahin mujhe

kia kia umeedein bandh kar aya tha samne
us ne ankh barh kar bhi dekha nahin mujhe

pathar samaj kar paon ki thokar bana lia
afsos teri ankh ne parkha nahin mujhe

kab theherna tha mujhe ko aaj uske pass
acha hua usne bhi roka nahin mujhe
