Woh mujHe likhta tha ki muntazir na raho lekin ,
Uss ki tahreer me sadiyo'n ka intezaar bhi tha___

Woh kehta tha maT rutho ki mana'na nahin aata ,
Meri narazgi se lekin woh bekaraar bhi tha______

ShayaD yahi uss ka anadaZ-e-muhabbaT ho ,
Woh mera humdam bhi tha siTam shuaar bhi tha_____
