Recipe Ingredients
Cabbage 2 cups thinly sliced
Carrot 1 thinly sliced
Spring onions 2 chopped with leaves
Onion 1 sliced
Capsicum 1 sliced
Ginger 1 inch piece sliced
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Green chilies 4 chopped
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp heaped
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten with 1 tbsp flour
Triangular roll patti 2 dozen
Recipe Method
Cut all the vegetables in fine strips, heat ¼ cup oil add onion, fry till soft,
add garlic paste, carrot, capsicum, fry for 2 to 3 minutes add cabbage, green
onion, ginger sliced, green chilies, fry on high flame, lastly add salt, pepper, ketchup, coriander leaves, mix well and remove in a strainer, now put
filling on a triangular patti, roll tightly, seal with egg and flour paste, deep fry. Serve hot
