Ingredients :


Qeema ______ 1 kg

Tomato______ 1/2 kg

Onion ______1/2 kg

Green chilli ______ 5

Salt ____ to taste

Laal mirch

Chinese salt ____ 1 teaspoon

sonf _____ 2 table spoon

saunt ( dried adrak )_____ 1 inch piece

kachri ( gosht galane k liay ) _____ 3 adad

Sabut dhanya ____2 table spoon

pisa hua garam masala____ 1/2 teaspoon

Sugar ____ 1 tablespoon

Oil
Method :

Kabab k lie :

sont aur kachri ko tawe pe bhoon lain ........halki si zarb lagain k bikhar jae uske bad sonf aur sabut dhanya ko bhi bhoon lain .......
ab in chaaron ko mila kar grind kar lain...........qeema me mila lain .........iske sath namak aur 2 chammach lal mirch , garam masala add karain ..........ab in sab ko mix karlain .......agar qeema mota ho to grind kar lain ........
ab hath pe thora oil laga kar kisi rod pe lagain haath se qeema ko daba kar us k gird lapait lain .......phir us ko rod pe se utar kar deep fry kar lain ......jab golden brown ho jae to nikal lain ......



Gravy k lie :

piyaz aur timatar ko gol kaat lain .......hari mirch ko beech se do piece kar lain .......ab karhai main oil daal kar piyaz daalain .......5 minute dhakkan band kar dain is k baad timatar daal dain aur 5 min is ko bhi dhakkan dhak kr pakain ......... timatar narm ho jaen to inhain chamach se bhoonte huay pees lain ......ab is main namak laal mirch ( hasb e zaiqa ) aur cheeni aur chinese salt bhi shamil kar lain ........ab is per kabab rakh kar uper hari mirch kar dain .....aur dhakkan band kar lain bilkul halki aanch par dam kar lain .....

Aur garam garam serve karain
