sahnoo ohdiyan rahwa vich bein di aadat pe gayi aey

aey pyar day okhe painde jiyondiyan maar mukande nein
sanoo aise layi hun mar mar k jiyon de aadat pe gayi aey

koi haal na dil da rahiya koi mela ve changa lagda nayie
sanoo aise layi oh yara kale rehan di aadat pay gayi aey

dil day doonge samandar vich tofan taa aande rehnde nein
sanoo dukhan di challa naal hun khein de aadat pe gayi aey

assi tere ditte dukh sari hayati bhul na pawa gein kyonk Hassan
sahnoo jhooth di raah chad k sach kehn de aadat pe gayi aey
