Wo kise Gulab ka jism tha ju myre Kitaaab may rah gaya

Myre baat baat mai roshani mairy harf harf mai dilkashi
tu mairy Sharek i wisaal i jaan myre haar Kitaab mai rah gaya

Koi Phool kil k bhikar gaya koi baat ban k bigar gaye
Na sawal koi labou pe hay na Gilla jawab may rah gaya

Dil i khush gumah tyre khair hu tu hai per yaqeen ki saleeb per
tujhy per kise sai shikayathain tu ise azaab mai rah gaya

Tujhy Kia mila dil mubtala na koi dua na kahi wafa
magar aik arsa i raigan'ju tery hisaab mai rah gaya

Wo ju myra aihd i jamal tha'wo ju myra shehr i khayal tha
k ab us ka zikar i kamal bhi kahi harf i khwaab rah gaya
