""Cheese and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 cup boiled penne pasta
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup finley chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finley chopped carrot
to taste salt to taste
1/2 tsp white pipper



Directions:

1.Heat a large pan of water.Add 2 table spoons of oil and dash of salt to it.Bring to the boil. When the water starts boiling add the pasta to it. Let it cook on medium flame till the pasta becomes soft,but still firm.

2.Mix the inggredients for the dressing to make a smooth paste.

3.Mix the ingredients for the salad and pour the dressing over it.

4.Toss well.serve chilled.
