![]() PUDINA CHAAS A refreshing drink in summer prepared using buttermilk. Preparation Time : 10 minutes Servings : 4 INGREDIENTS Yogurt 1 1/2 cups Fresh mint leaves, torn 4 tablespoons Green chilli 1 Ginger, peeled 1 inch piece Sea salt to taste Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon Dry mint leaves, crushed 1 teaspoon Ice cubes, crushed as required METHOD Grind fresh mint leaves, green chilli, ginger and sea salt together to a coarse paste in a mortar with a pestle. Blend this paste with yogurt, adding roasted cumin powder and four cups of water. Pour chaas equally in four glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
