MANGO AND PINEAPPLE SALAD
A heavenly salad of mango and pineapple
Preparation Time : 10-15 minutes
Servings : 4
INGREDIENTS
Ripe mangoes, 1/2 inch cubes
2 large
Pineapple, 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 small
Iceberg lettuce , torn
1/2 small
Rock salt (sendha namak)
to taste
Chaat masala
1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon
Black peppercorns, crushed
3-4
METHOD
Place mangoes, pineapple and lettuce in a large bowl. Add rock salt, chaat masala and lemon juice and toss to mix well. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns over the salad and serve immediately.
