![]() Ingredients: 45ml olive oil 3 Tbsp Morroccan spices 4 Chocken fillets, sliced thinly 6 Spring onions, sliced 100 grms dried apricots, chopped 200 grms baby tomatoes, halved 400 grms chickpeas, drained 250 grms couscous, cooked Method: 1. Mix oil, Spices and chicken fillets well till combined. Heta a large frying pan and fry the chicken in batches till well cooked through. 2. remove from pan and saute spring onions, then add the apricots, tomatoes and chickpeas. Cook for about a minute then retrun the chicken to the pan and toss with the couscous. Serve immediately! ![]()
