My laptop is not turning on. I hit the power button, the fans and lights go on, but then it shuts off within about three, four seconds

Pari , Try this.

Take off the battery.
Pluged in the charger cable and hit the power button..

Its still not working!
And my laptop iz gettin really hot
And now I m not even hitting power button any more but it keeps turnin on and off by itself

app k lap top main Grafics card hai koi ?
ager hai tu kia kabi ap nay on laptop tu band kia ?

I don't knw abt graphic card pr kal baaris ho rhi thi tou lightning hoyi aur light chali gayi thi tou lap top bhi bnd ho gauya tha

Do you get any message on da cmd or blue screen or its not going that far ?
Is it dell?

Dream.... no I don't get no msg all I see is plain black screen and itz HP

Have you tried calling the HP support?
