no not at all , Why because if doctor starts working on engineering project. how will it go ? same like DR.QADEER KHAN . he is our scientist . he should be injuldge in more defensive projects and he is good at that . as far as president . while its our bad luck our nation's sleepiness that our president is the one who is the worse in term of corruption .
