Chinese Omelet
Breakfast Recipes 1 INGREDIENTS * Eggs 2 * Capsicum 1 * Soya sauce 1 tbsp * Black pepper 1 tsp * Green onions, chopped * Salt to taste * Oil for frying 2 COOKING DIRECTIONS 1. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, soya sauce, green onions and capsicum. 2. Heat oil in a frying-pan, add the egg mixture and cook slowly. 3. As the omelette cooks, turn over to cook the other side. 4. Fold and serve hot.
