Main Tujh Say Kaisey Kahoon Yaar-e-Meherbaan Mairey
Ke Tu Hi Ilaj ha Mairi Har Udaasi Ka

Ye Abb Jo Aag Ka Darya Mairey Wajood Mein Hai
Yehi To Pehley Pehal Tha Sharaar Udaasi Ka

Na Janey Aaj Kahan Kho Gaya Sitaar-e-shaam
Woh Maira Dost, Maira Humsafar Udaasi Ka

‘Faraz’ Deeda-e-Puraab Mein Na Dhoondh Ussey
Ke Dil Ki Teh Mein Kahin Hai Gohar Udaasi Ka !
