Bhuna Beef Pappar Ingredients: 1) Beef (undercut,Cut into small pieces) 1 kg 2) Cumin powder 1/2 tsp 3) Coriander (whole) 1 tsp 4) Fenugreek (grinded) 1 tsp 5) Red chilies powder 1/2 tsp 6) Rice powder 1 tsp 7) Sugar 1 tsp 8) Turmeric powder 1 tsp 9) Oil 2 tsp 10) Ginger (thinly cut) 3 11) Ginger crushed 3 tsp 12) Garlic crushed 3 tsp 13) Dalchini (cinnamon) 1 inch piece 14) Brown vinegar 1/3 cup 15) Beef yaqni 1/2 cup 16) Salt and pepper to taste Method: 1. Grind together cumin, coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, red chilies and turmeric. 2. Heat oil and fry beef in it. 3. Then take it out in a bowl. 4. In the same pan add onion, garlic, ginger. 5. When onion turns brown then add in it beef with masalas from the bowl. 6. Also add in this vinegar, yaqni, sugar, salt, black pepper and cook with lid covered until beef is tender. 7. Stir-fry until oil floats on top. 8. Decorate this with paper and serve with rice.
