hijr mousam main ye baarish ka barasna kaisa
ik sehra se samundar ka guzarna kaisa

aye mere dil na pareshaan ho tanha ho kar
wo tere saath chala kab tha bicharna kaisa

loug to kehtay hain gulshan ki tabahi deakho
hum to weraan say jungle thay ujarna kaisa

deakhnay main to koi dard nahi dukh bhi nahi
phir ye aankho main youn ashkoun ka ubharna kaisa

bewafa kehnay ki bhi jurrat na karna lougon
us ne iqraar kiya kab tha mukarna kaisa
