rutha hua aik dost
aj rutha hua aik dost buhat yad aya
acha guzra hua khuch waqt buhat yad aya

mari ankhun k har aik ashk per runay wala
aj jab ankh yah rui tu buhat yad aya

ju mary dard ko senay main chupa lyta tha
aj jab dard hua mujh ko tu buhat yad aya

ju mari ankh mian rahta tha kajal ki tarhan
aj kajal ju lagaya tu buhat yad aya

ju mary dil k tha qareeb faqat usko hi
aj jab dil nay bhulaya tu buhat yad aya
