Salad ke Dahi bade
Ingredients: Carrots – 2 Cabbage – ½ Capsicum – 1 Garlic – 1 tsp Bread slices – 6 Salt – to taste Yogurt – 2 cup Fried cumin seeds – 1 tsp Black pepper – 1 tsp Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped Method: first chopped the capsicum, carrot, and cabbage in small pieces, then take a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil then add chopped garlic and fry until light brown. Now add chopped vegetables, stir continuously till these all vegetables become soft…then off the flam n cool them on room temperature. Take a bread slices and dip in water and squeeze with palm. Then fill squeezed slices with fried vegetables mixture and fold it like role…then freeze it for one or two hours. In a bowl add lightly blended yogurt, fried crushed cumin seeds and salt, mix well. After an hour, add frozen salid ke bade then sprinkle black paper and garnish with fresh coriander. Then serve it…..
