Mozarella Cheese 4 slices
Butter 50 gms
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Bread 8 slices
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Mix black pepper, salt, oregano, butter and garlic in a bowl.
Cut off the sides of bread slices.
Apply garlic mixture on slices. Place cheese on top of 4 slices.
Cover with remaining slices. Cut triangular pieces.
Beat eggs. Dip bread pieces in egg.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry these bread slices until golden.
Serve hot with ketchup.
