Faraib-e-Zat se niklo
Jahan k san’hay dekho
Haqeeqat munkashif ho gi
Kabhi to ainay dekho
Wohi ik ajnabi jis se talluq sar’sari sa tha
Hamare dil mein hote hain
Ussi k tazkray dekho
Likha hai waqat ne ye bhi
Ajab apne muqadar mein
Palatna hi nahi jis ko
Ussi k raaste dekho
Humein samjho na khush itna
Labon ki muskurahat se
Hamari ankh mein phailay hazaron hadse dekho
Thake haaray se bethe the
Magar teri sada sun kar
Shiksta paa chale aye
Hamare hoslay dekho
