BlackBerry Simulator Application Error problem fix

When using the BlackBerry device simulator you sometimes might

encounter this Application Error "Error inside JVM:

Access violation reading from 0x00000000" when trying to

start the simulator. Here is how to fix your problem.

BlackBerry simulator ERROR:

Application Error
Error inside JVM:
Access violation reading from 0x00000000

Open the installation folder of your BlackBerry Simulator for example:

"C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Smartphone Simulators 4.6.1\4.6.1.199 (8900)" if there is

a file named clean.bat run it. Try to open the simulator

and if you are getting the "Error inside JVM: Access

violation reading from 0x00000000" error again close the simulator,

open the install folder again and delete

all the .dmp files from the install folder and start the simulator again.

If this does not help try the following:

Uninstall the JDE SDK

and the BlackBerry Simulator
Reboot your PC - do not bypass this step
Install JDE SDK and the BlackBerry Simulator
Start the Simulator

I Hope This Tutorial Will Help You Guys.

and you managed to deal with this error problem preventing you to start the BlackBerry simulator.
