If you are getting this error Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem. Every time you reinstalled Windows and it kept coming up and then stopped after few weeks. Fot the first in Windows XP SP2 it comes frequently and you computer will stop browsing and downloading etc, all that programs that require an internet connection while in SP3 after reinstall it shows for a week or more but after sometimes it dissapear after sometime. The solution of this problem is very difficult on most of the sites through regedit and even in Microsoft official website, So GUYS HERE IS THE easiest and simplest solution of this error.The Generic host problem has been happening because of a Windows Error. For the same we suggested a fix by running the tool above. This tool may case problems with LAN access to other computers in a LAN kind of network environment. We regret the inconvenience occurred to you because of this LAN Access Problem. If you are facing such problem, please follow the below two steps to fix the issue

Solution:

First of all Download the Microsoft Hotfixes form here.

=> First GOTO Run & "cmd" to open Command Prompt.
=> Then type "netsh" & press ENTER.
=> In next Step you`ve to type "winsock" followed by ENTER Key.

It will appear like this "netsh>winsock"

=> And then type reset
=> Exit Command Promp but dont restart your Computer
=> Run Windows Updates & Then Restart
