GUACAMOLE DIP

... 1 avocado
1/2 tomato chopped
1/2 onion chopped
cilantro chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
lemon juice according to taste
salt n pepper

cut avocado...take the seed out...scoop out the flesh
...mash it with fork.....add all other ingredients n mix mix mix
...if u want smooth n creamy paste like guacamole dip then u can blend it
...but i like mine a bit chunky so just mash the avocado with a fork n it's ready
