دسمبر کی بارش میں
بھیگتے پیڑوں سے پوچھو
اکیلا پن کیا ہے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔؟
تنہائی کسے کہتے ہیں؟
سہ پہر کی دھوپ کو ترسنا
اور بارش میں بھیگتے رہنا
جنگل کی راہوں میں اکیلے چلنا
اور بارش میں بھیگتے دہنا
دسمبر کی بارش میں
لہر در لہر مہکتی ہوا سے پوچھو
خوشبو سا خیال رکھنے والے
تنہا کیسے رہتے ہیں
بھیگتی ہیں سرد راتیں
دسمبر کی بارش سے کہو!
کبھی جنگل کے اس پار ملے
ڈھلتے ہوئے شام کے سائے میں
تو ان آنکھوں سے ملے ۔ ۔
دسمبر کی بارش سے کہو ۔ ۔ ۔
